On Thursday, April 30, 2015, Holy Cross Health took possession of a brand new medical facility that has been constructed at 12800 Middelbrook Road, Germantown, Maryland 20874. The new medical suite is nearly 8,000 square feet located on the 2nd floor of the building, which also houses several other medical related practices. Deerfield Construction completed the build out on time, which is impressive considering the brief window established from lease execution to desired completion of the suite. It required a complete gutting of the previous tenant’s office space and re-building of the entire leased premises into a new medical facility.
Brian Rossi, seen here with Holy Cross Health President, Kevin Sexton, represented the landlord at 12800 Middlebrook Road to secure Holy Cross Health as a new tenant in the building. Holy Cross Health had also recently completed and opened a new hospital in October 2014 about one mile away in Germantown. This was the first new major hospital to built in Montgomery County in approximately 35 years.
