Watch video of Ryan Seacrest introducing the new $800,000 studio inside a Northwest DC Children’s Hospital. The entertainment studio will attract celebrities to the hospital and is meant to be an intriguing element for pediatric patients. The studio will air TV and radio programming and hopefully bring a smile to the children during their hospital stay and be an exciting and positive addition to the atmosphere. Patients in the hospital can watch the shows from their hospital rooms and even call into a show in the studio from their room.
Funded partially by the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, other such studios in Children’s Hospital locations that Ryan Seacrest has opened, nine in total so far, include Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Denver, Boston, Charlotte, North Carolina, Cincinnati, and Orange, California.
